Based in Long Island, New York; Event Favorites is your one-stop shop for all event planning needs. Designed specifically to serve YOU; Founder and Event Guru, Diana Barone-Cankes built this business with enthusiasm, dedication, and extensive experience to make every event a spectacular success.

Our mission is to create memorable events that leave guests elated and make hosts proud. And our promise, is to treat your special day as if it were our own, and together we will create magic.

A Note From Diana

I grew up finding any excuse, to turn every occasion into a party – Event planning is my passion. With a master’s degree in communications and a lifetime of event planning under my belt, I’ve created a hands-on approach that will make your vision come to life beautifully.

As a client, I welcome you to collaborate with me as much or as little as you like. If you’ve got ideas — I’ll make them come to life. If you need ideas — I’ve got you covered for that too. Consider me your event coordinator, financial adviser, and vendor negotiator all in one. From brainstorming ideas to making sure every detail is perfectly executed on the big day — I’ll make sure, it all comes together seamlessly.
